Lead Event Support from the Ground Up as Our Warehouse Manager
Are you ready to drive operational excellence and ensure every event is stocked, staged, and shipped for success? The Expo Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise daily warehouse operations and team members while managing inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination. Based onsite in Irving, Texas, this role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality event experiences by maintaining an efficient, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead warehouse teams with a focus on motivation, accountability, and operational efficiency.
  • Schedule staff and approve timekeeping to align with show demands and labor cost targets.
  • Oversee departments including SAF, Carpentry, Carpet, Drape & Décor, Freight, and Drivers.
  • Coordinate with vendors for rental equipment, materials, and disposal services.
  • Manage inventory systems and Container ID (CID) creation to ensure accurate equipment tracking.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections, enforce safety protocols, and support SOP implementation.
What You Bring to The Expo Group:
  • Educational Foundation: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of tradeshow or event warehouse experience preferred; supervisory experience required.
  • Credentials: Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Key Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, hands-on problem-solving, time management, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness.

This role requires frequent physical activity in a warehouse setting, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking, operating a forklift, and occasional outdoor work in high temperatures.
