The Expo Group is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Exhibits team in Irving, Texas. If you are a strong administrator who appreciates working with customers and being customer facing, join our team of exhibit professionals. You will manage all aspects of customer accounts, including internal and external orders, billing, while also providing sales support.

 

       Our perfect candidate will…

  • Interact with clients regarding Graphic files/Furniture/Other Services
  • Complete show service orders on behalf of clients
  • Produce deposit and final invoicing billing
  • Generate project kickoff work orders to EPM’s
  • Reconcile projects and post-show
  • Provides sales support to the Account Executives

       This is what we need you to have:

  • Required:
    • High School Diploma
    • Minimum 2 years prior Tradeshow or Exhibit Industry Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or related field of study
    • 5 years of experience performing similar functions
    • Sales and Marketing experience
    • Salesforce experience
  • Skills:
    • Salesforce database and Excel experience
    • Basic sales skills, that translate to client interactions
    • Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
    • Sound financial accounting knowledge
    • Strong analysis and judgment skills
    • Works well in a team environment must exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple/complex accounts, simultaneously
    • Demonstrates strong presentation and sales techniques
    • Well-developed time management skills
    • Must be able to complete projects and assignments with minimal supervision
