Based in our Las Vegas office, this role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring equipment and freight are managed accurately and efficiently, and supporting the movement of materials between the warehouse and show sites under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager.

The Expo Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and coordinate freight receiving operations for small to large events. Based in our Las Vegas office, this role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring equipment and freight are managed accurately and efficiently, and supporting the movement of materials between the warehouse and show sites under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate freight receiving for events.
- Ensure equipment loads are accurately entered and documented in the system.
- Maintain quality standards on all equipment and products.
- Liaise between customers, management, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage operations to meet timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
- Identify operational challenges and provide guidance to staff for resolution.
- Educational Foundation: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Tradeshow or warehouse experience handling freight operations.
- Credentials: Forklift certification required.
- Key Skills: Leadership, organization, adaptability, computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and proprietary software), and strong communication.
