Are you ready to manage impactful trade shows from planning to execution? The Expo Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead every aspect of our clients' tradeshow experiences. Based near any of our offices, this role is essential in ensuring seamless event production and client satisfaction through expert planning, production, and communication.
In this role, you will:
Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5+ years in account or project management within the events industry.
Credentials: CEM or CMP preferred.
Key Skills: Exceptional communication, responsiveness, and prioritization skills; organizational excellence and attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office; a strong work ethic and teamwork orientation.

- Build strong client relationships, offering guidance on design and event solutions
- Manage all show elements, including production timelines, sponsorships, and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, facilities, and labor resources for effective event setup
- Support cost management, invoicing, and post-event reviews
