Are you ready to oversee the preparation, installation, and storage of trade show booths and exhibits? The Expo Group is seeking an Exhibit Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the setup and breakdown of exhibits, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction. Based in our Irving, Texas or Orlando, Florida offices, this role will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations at trade shows and events.

Are you ready to oversee the preparation, installation, and storage of trade show booths and exhibits? The Expo Group is seeking an Exhibit Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the setup and breakdown of exhibits, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction. Based in our Irving, Texas or Orlando, Florida offices, this role will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations at trade shows and events.
In this role, you will:
- Check for updates on booths being pulled and coordinate equipment needs.
- Pull and organize all equipment and hardware for assigned booths at upcoming shows.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area and storage space.
- Supervise the installation and breakdown of assigned booths at show sites.
- Manage inventory, including BeMatrix materials and booth components.
- Use a forklift to load and unload equipment from trailers, ensuring safe handling.
- Educational Foundation: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in trade show operations, exhibit setup, or a related field.
- Credentials: Forklift certification preferred; knowledge of beMatrix or Octonorm systems is a plus.
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and trade show booth materials.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and similar software.
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
