Support Client Success Through Exceptional Project and Account Management
Are you ready to build strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time? The Expo Group is seeking an Account Manager to support exhibit program clients through diligent project coordination, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving. This hybrid role, based in Irving, Las Vegas, Orlando, or Chicago, plays a key part in managing project workflows, protecting profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

In this role, you will:
Manage project lifelines and workflow details from initiation through completion.
Develop timelines and work orders, collaborating with Project Management to meet all project requirements.
Consult with clients regarding graphics, production needs, and show services specifications.
Kick off projects to the Exhibit Project Team and ensure internal alignment.
Complete show service orders, EAC documentation, and booth approval requirements.
Produce show invoices and ensure all payments are collected and recorded accurately.
Reconcile post-show invoices against proposals, identifying and validating variances.
Monitor job costs and manage project budgets to achieve or exceed forecasted show profit.
Support Account Executives with project budgets, sales presentations, data requests, and special projects.
Provide program-level sales support and become proficient in the company’s asset management tool.

What You Bring to The Expo Group:
  • Educational Foundation: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of tradeshow or exhibit industry experience and 2 years performing similar functions; 5 years preferred.
  • Key Skills: Salesforce database experience, Excel proficiency, strong communication skills, negotiation ability, financial acumen, time management, and the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
