Description
Drive Revenue and Build Meaningful Client Relationships
Are you ready to grow business, cultivate strong partnerships, and expand exhibit program opportunities? The Expo Group is seeking an Account Executive, Exhibits to drive new business development while nurturing existing client relationships. This remote role plays a key part in generating revenue, identifying strategic prospects, and ensuring exhibitors receive exceptional solutions and service throughout the sales cycle.

In this role, you will:
  • Hunt for new business by researching industry shows, publications, directories, inactive accounts, and referrals to generate qualified prospects.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities on assigned Expo Group shows.
  • Build strong relationships throughout client organizations, from gatekeepers to executive decision makers.
  • Conduct online and in-person sales presentations, discovery sessions, and post-show debriefings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle through completion.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to support design, estimating, operations, and production needs.
  • Develop strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and high client satisfaction.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, sales activity, and all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Partner with Account Managers on post-show invoicing and collections.

What You Bring to The Expo Group:
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Credentials: None required, though industry experience is a strongly preferred.
  • Key Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, proactive communication, time management, resilience, professionalism, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
