Are you ready to ensure the smooth assembly and delivery of high-quality exhibits in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? The Expo Group is seeking a SAF Production Specialist to play a vital part in the assembly and execution of exhibit structures for trade shows and events. Based in Irving or Orlando, this role will support the production team by overseeing work orders, ensuring quality standards, and providing leadership when needed.

In this role, you will:
  • Transport and securely store pallets and crates in storage racks using a forklift.
  • Keep the warehouse and facilities clean and organized to maintain an efficient working environment.
  • Maintain and enforce safety standards and equipment checks to ensure a safe workspace.
  • Direct and facilitate the execution of pulling and packing work orders, stepping into a supervisory role when needed.
  • Coordinate with the SAF Production Lead to troubleshoot work orders and ensure actionable instructions for the assembly team.
  • Assist with quality checks on outgoing work orders and shipments to meet established standards.
What You Bring to The Expo Group:
  • Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: Tradeshow industry experience highly preferred
  • Credentials: Forklift certification strongly preferred
  • Key Skills:
    • Proficiency in reading and analyzing production work orders.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly and packing instructions accurately.
    • Proficiency in operating a forklift and basic computer skills.
    • Basic knowledge of hand tools and measurement skills, including metric conversion.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
