Lead Trade Show Operations in Las Vegas’ High-Volume Event Market
Based in Las Vegas, this role leads the execution of high-profile trade shows in one of the most demanding event markets in the country. The Expo Group is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee on-site operations, manage labor and logistics, and ensure every event is delivered with precision.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site event operations to ensure timelines and client expectations are met
  • Coordinate and supervise union labor
  • Develop and monitor labor budgets
  • Oversee equipment, logistics, and transportation schedules
  • Partner with Project Managers to confirm event details
  • Represent operations in client and internal meetings
  • Process work orders and payroll accurately
Qualifications:
  • 4–5 years of trade show or event operations experience
  • Experience managing union labor
  • Strong logistics, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, on-site environments
